Contacting us via social media is NOT an acceptable form of contact for: 

• If you cancel your appointment your deposit will be forfeited as they are non-refundable.

  
  

• Being more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit being forfeited. 

  
  

• If you no call no show on your appointment, you will be charged for 100% of the remaining total. 

  
  

• You must cancel or reschedule your appointment a minimum of

  72 hours

  before your appointment time or you will be charged a late cancelation fee of $50.

  
  

• Touch ups remain complimentary for new clients up to 12 weeks after the initial session. This is strictly due to how much they can fade in one session. If client surpasses 12 week mark they may inhibit a $150 charge. 

• Children and pets are not allowed in the studio. This is considered a tattoo parlor, which prohibits children and pets. Service dogs are welcome!
